
Erik Wood
Erik Wood is an accomplished architect, urban designer, and real estate strategist with over 25 years of experience shaping communities worldwide. A Yale and Columbia graduate, Erik has led major projects for clients including the Hudson River Park Conservancy, the Port of San Diego, and the State of Qatar. He served as Principal and New York Office Director of HKS, and earlier as a partner at Cooper Robertson and a leader at HOK in St. Louis. Today, Erik brings his expertise in planning and development to his role as Grant Writer and Program Manager at People’s Community Action Corporation (PCAC), helping revitalize low-income communities and support families across the St. Louis region. He has also been deeply involved with the Urban Land Institute, serving on fundraising and awards committees. Beyond his professional life, Erik is the nephew and literary executor of renowned author Henry Van Dyke, continuing a legacy of creativity and cultural stewardship.
